Okra Strut Commission Openings

POSITION OPENINGS ON THE IRMO OKRA STRUT COMMISSION

The Town of Irmo has openings coming up on the Irmo Okra Strut Commission. The Commission meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:15 p.m. and bi-monthly as the festival draws closer.

These appointments are for a three (3) year term that will expire in December 2026.

Vacancies are filled by residents of the Town of Irmo, persons who own property or own/operate a business within the town limits, or residents of the Lexington/Richland School District 5 and/or operate a licensed business within the town limits.

The Irmo Town Council will review applications and make appointments during a regular Town Council Meeting.
