While honoring the late Al Karst, a well-known and respected citizen of the Town of Irmo, Brian Pena of The Karate Dojo was able to gather 12 Chiefs of Police and Sheriff Leon Lott for the ceremony. A historic moment, that goes back several decades! We can only imagine the stories they could tell.
The Town of Irmo has again been ranked among the best cities to live, work and play for 2019. this year’s ranking has moved Irmo up to 10th place among South Carolina medium sized cities.
