While honoring the late Al Karst, a well-known and respected citizen of the Town of Irmo, Brian Pena of The Karate Dojo was able to gather 12 Chiefs of Police and Sheriff Leon Lott for the ceremony. A historic moment, that goes back several decades! We can only imagine the stories they could tell.
